XPO Logistics weighs forwarding unit sales – Bloomberg (NYSE: XPO)

XPO Logistics (NYSE:XPO) is is considering selling its freight forwarding unitwhich could be valued at a deal of $ 400-600 million, Bloomberg reports after the market closed on Friday.

According to the report, the unit that performs tasks, including documentation and cargo insurance, may arouse interest from other logistics companies and private investment companies.

XPO (XPO) separated its contract logistics group and sold his intermodal business for $ 710 million earlier this year.
