Ninja JaJaMaru Collection

Ninja Jajamaru-kun (1985, Famicom): In the realm of feudal Japanese folklore, the ninja Jajamaru-kun of the same name must save his beloved Princess Sakura from the paws of a devilish pirate with a catfish face. Jajamaru no Daibouken (1986, Famicom): Players regain control of little red ninja Jajamaru as he tries to rescue Princess Sakura from the evil paws of Pirate Soma and his minions. JaJaMaru Ninpouchou (1989, Famicom): Unlike the two previous Ninja Jajamaru-Kun games that were platformers, Ninpou Chou is a traditional JRPG. The player walks around the world map, visiting cities and dungeons and from time to time fighting random collisions using a separate turn-based battle screen. Jajamaru Gekimaden: Maboroshi no Kinmajou (1990, Famicom): players control the protagonist’s character through cities, dungeons and a world map; each type of map has top-down intelligence. Ninja Jajamaru: Ginga Daisakusen (1991, Famicom): Ninja Jajamaru: Ginga Daisakusen is something of a departure from previous 8-bit records in that it draws some design elements from other modern platformers, creating a different feel compared to older games. Ninja Jajamaru: The Great Battle of Yokai (New): JaJaMaru and friends face the biggest invasion of an army of yo-kai in history! There are over 20 game characters with a variety of abilities, including a yokai returning from the series, as well as the recently debuted JaJaMaru family and more. Collecting “Golden Beads” and “Souls” that fall from defeated enemies, you can unlock new game characters. There is also support for local multiplayer for two players on one screen.
