She / Her

I have been a full-time realtor® since 1993, and after more than 25 years in business and thousands of deals behind me I still enjoy it! At Living Room Realty, I promote the business of individual agents, am a member of an advisory group of brokers that manages the company, and lead a group of roommates who allow agents to share ideas to improve their business practices. I am very lucky to come to work every day and do what I love. I grew up here in SE Portland, attended neighboring schools and lived just five minutes from home from my childhood. I didn’t even think about leaving. I love to travel, but Portland is my home. When I’m not working, I enjoy volunteering at my children’s schools. I am known for having an epic class party! Before I had kids, I never knew I liked being a “soccer mom” as much as I did. When I have a free minute, I like to ride a bike and ride to the promenade from Mount Tabor, where I live. Cycling around the neighborhood is a great way to stay in touch with the city as well as stay fit! If I feel I want more of a challenge, I will add climbing Mount Tabor. This is a good trip, the reward of which will be a view from the top of the park. Aside from Portland, my family’s second home in Central Oregon is my favorite place. We escape there at every opportunity and love to explore the endless hiking trails, lakes, rivers and other natural wonders that the high desert has to offer. Snowboarding for a bachelor’s degree ranks first in the list of winter activities. We just love nature. Our two dogs also love it and we take them almost everywhere with us! I am an avid gardener. Winding through Portland manger, even if I don’t buy anything, it feels almost like a mini vacation. My mother taught me a lot about gardening, but I could also enjoy gardening from my ancestors, who were among the first settlers. Savi Island. My maiden name is Charlton and some of us still live and work there. There is even a road named after my family. The kids think it’s really cool. My family has deep roots in Portland. I am a true native of Oregon, a local girl with legal aid, a mom and a business woman. And I enjoy working in the city and the areas I enjoy. ADDITIONAL AWARDS AND ADVANTAGES
