The architect and construction partners from Adepts and Adriots Architects noted that the quality and high standards of the materials were not violated in the building project, which was delivered within 18 months against the 24-month deadline they originally reported.

Fasunwon, acknowledging all the estate’s subscribers, mentioned that Marshal Mews was first on the organization’s list of projects, but would be a stepping stone to a series of luxury apartments included in the block, Rex Apartments Lekki, Kingsize Place Oregun, Larry’s Place Opebi; everything is sold out and is in various stages of development.
