Goldman Sachs Australia and New Zealand co-head of investment banking Zac Fletcher has sold his Rose Bay mansion ahead of auction for around $23 million.
Ray White Double Bay, principal Elliot Plex and his colleague Adam Reichman were not supposed to rent a five-bedroom, three-story residence on 45 Chamberlain Avedesigned by architect Andre Baruch, will be put up for auction until next Saturday (November 5).
But the couple, who managed $25 million, had several interested buyers and completed the deal on Friday night.
The house had five bathrooms and a six-car garage.
Built in 2012, it offers stunning views of the city skyline, Opera House, Harbor Bridge and Sydney Harbour.
Records show Zac and wife Kathryn purchased the 700-square-foot old home for $5.2 million in 2007.
