Druva has announced a multi – year agreement on global strategic cooperation (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate customer migration and provide an additional level of cyber resilience for the already secure AWS cloud.

Built on the existing relationship between Druva and AWSthis agreement underscores the commitment of both companies to deliver cloud data protection solutions to AWS and to support businesses in critical stages of the cloud path, including support for workload migration and deployment.

As businesses expand their data in hybrid and cloud environments, the information technology (IT) infrastructure is rapidly becoming more complex, costly, and resource-intensive. The Druva Data Resiliency Cloud at AWS has the ability to minimize these issues for customers by simplifying deployment and management solutions, providing continuous innovation aimed at helping new customers understand value even faster. Through this collaboration with AWS, Druva will work to present organizations with the future of data resilience through simplicity, scale and cloud security.

“The speed of innovation and scale in the cloud cannot be compared to hardware-based solutions,” said Jasprith Singh, founder and CEO of Druva. “Over the last eight years, we have had a strong relationship with AWS, and under this expanded agreement, we look forward to bringing more innovation to market to support accelerating cloud migration and expanding cloud deployment. We’ve always been confident that the future is behind the cloud, and we’re incredibly excited to continue our work as we help organizations realize the power of an approach to data resilience primarily in the cloud. ”

“As customers move to AWS, they tell us they’re looking for ways to consolidate and simplify their data architecture, but they’re moving fast,” said Stephen Orban, vice president of AWS Marketplace and Management Services at AWS. “Over the past eight years, we have worked closely with Druva to use the global AWS architecture to create capabilities that help thousands of organizations increase the resilience of their products. Customers are using the Druva Data Resiliency Cloud to scale workloads around the world, and we are excited to see how customers will further benefit from expanding our relationship with Druva. ”
