iPhone is the most demanding smartphone. The iPhone has its own class and high technology. No matter how expensive it is, there is no doubt that using an iPhone in Pakistan has become difficult. The National Telecommunications Authority (PTA) has introduced various taxes on the use of smartphones. This is due to the depreciation of the rupee and the limited reserves of the State Bank. The government of Pakistan is currently planning to limit imports to stabilize the economy.
However, this is the right way for retailers who import smartphones in bulk. While this does not seem good for the average user who imports phones for personal use.
Here we present the updated PTA tax list for iPhone X series

As we can easily see, importing an iPhone is not an easy task, one has to pay around Pkr 70,000 to 120,000/-taxes. Moreover, it is important to note here that the iPhone is an old phone, but its prices have changed due to the rates set by the PTA.
Unfortunately, the PTA proposes to remove import taxes on iPhones that individuals buy for personal use.
