Lufthansa and the pilots’ union have agreed on the initial points of the wage dispute

FRANKFURT (Reuters) – German pilots’ union Vereinigung Cockpit (VC) said on Monday it had agreed on initial points in a pay dispute with Lufthansa, including two basic pay increases of 490 euros ($499.11) until June 30, 2023 .details will be discussed.

“Collective agreements are still open, but the points to be discussed can now be discussed in a confidential setting,” Mathias Bayer, VC spokesman, said in a statement.
