IKEA USA united with SunPower Corp. to facilitate access to home solar energy solutions in select California locations. Members of the IKEA Family Customer Loyalty Program will be able to purchase solar panels for the home, available through SunPower, to generate and store their own renewable energy and live a greener life.

Customers can learn more about the solar home offering at IKEA California stores and online, then work directly with SunPower to access solar packages designed specifically for members of the IKEA Family loyalty program. The four packages include different combinations of solar panels, energy storage and electric vehicle (EV) charging. Each offering includes a SunPower Equinox solar system; access to the mySunPower app to monitor energy production or manage storage usage; and SunPower’s Complete Trust Warranty, consisting of a 25-year limited warranty on the panel, including electrical, product and labor coverage, and a 10-year limited warranty on the monitoring device and storage system.
