You can keep up to date with the number of existing levels on the King forums. Note that the Windows 10 version has an additional 90 levels for some time.
30, 45 or 60 additional levels are added every Wednesday. There are occasional polls on the forums that you can take part in to help influence the number of levels added per week for the next few updates.
