Gavin Rubinstein strips down and scouts one of Australia’s biggest stars… all in the next episode of Luxe Listings Sydney, a short video reveals.

The show’s third season launches on Prime Video from September 30 in Australia and more than 240 countries, showcasing some of Sydney’s best homes to the rest of the world.

Rubinstein admits to “whining like a bride” when she takes an ice bath on the show, but apparently it’s all for a good cause.

Luxe Listings Sydney factory four are all set for Season 3.

And the blurb tells of a “bet” between Rubinstein and buyer’s agent Cohen to find the perfect property for superstar Delta Goodrim.

The TRG founder says season three is the best yet, like it has “my favorite ladies — they’re really cool,” and talks about how he acquired his new TRG Rose Bay HQ and some new recruits.

And there is much more.

Cohen crashes the party to “go buy an island.”

D’Lean Lewis is hilarious.

Monica Tu says we’ll have to wait and see where her $100 million home is.

D’Lean Lewis makes hilarious bird calls on a speedboat in the harbor and reminds everyone, “I’ve been in real estate longer than these guys have been alive.”

Monica Tu, taking Cohen on a tour of the house full of must-have chic, points out that his client’s $6 million offer is a bit low.

“It will be 100 million dollars!” – she tells him.

Simon Cohen hedged his bets with a $6 million bid.

Rubinstein says Season 3 has his “favorite ladies” … seriously!

When asked to explain, she said her answer was only part of the fun. And where was that beautiful house on the embankment?

“I can’t tell you that!” she laughed.

“I’d be in all sorts of trouble with the producers — we’ll just have to wait and see!”

Luxe Listings Sydney is executive produced by Eureka Productions’ Chris Culvenar, Paul Franklin, Ricky Proust, Evan Wilkes, Jake Hargreaves and Anastasia Gerakas, with series creators and executive producers Benjamin Scott and James Kennedy.
