CFAO Motors is bringing the stylish Suzuki S-Presso mini SUV to Nigerian roads

CFAO Motors Nigeria, the sole distributor of Suzuki vehicles in Nigeria, has successfully delivered several hundred vehicles to Moove, the world’s first mobility finance technology that provides vehicle financing and financial services to revenue-based mobility entrepreneurs.

This is the result of a recent partnership between CFAO and Moove to facilitate access to brand new cars in Nigeria.

Many Nigerians now have the invaluable opportunity to work towards car ownership; thanks to the program. The increase in the number of Suzuki mini SUVs on the streets of Lagos and other parts of the country is another notable result of this collaboration.

Built with a compact yet rugged look and a distinct design, the Suzuki S-PRESSO has generated a lot of interest.

Explaining why the Suzuki S-Presso has become so popular among Nigerians, the company said that although the S-Presso is considered a small car, it is “packed with features that make it arguably the best in its class of compact cars”.

Explaining one of the most important factors that made the product in demand, the company said that it is affordable.

“Affordability – The Suzuki S-Presso offers the best value for money when it comes to one-off price and cost-effectiveness in terms of total cost of ownership (efficient fuel consumption, low maintenance costs). This allows a person with an average income to afford a new car with a full warranty,” the report says.

“The unique features are that it is a city car with several design elements inspired by crossovers and a high ground clearance of 180 cm, which allows it to drive over difficult terrain. It has plenty of headroom, plenty of cabin space and plenty of luggage space.

“Safety systems – The safety systems were confirmed in the second thorough safety test which was conducted in South Africa by Global NCAP and the vehicle received a 3-star safety rating.

“The vehicle is equipped with dual SRS airbags for both the driver and passenger. Its high-tensile steel body is Suzuki’s TECT Total Effective Control technology, which helps protect the interior in the event of a collision by effectively absorbing and dissipating energy,” it said.

CFAO Motors Nigeria also said the product was equipped with seat belt with pre-tensioners and load limiters, which enhances the safety of passengers in the event of a collision.

“During emergency braking, the anti-lock braking system (ABS) prevents the tires from locking. Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) optimally distributes the front and rear brake forces to help stop the vehicle in a stable manner. In addition, the Suzuki S-Presso is equipped with reversing sensors to avoid collisions with obstacles and protect pedestrians.

“These factors have undoubtedly made this particular Suzuki model a formidable competitor in the automotive market. “The CFAO Group continues its activities in the distribution of well-known brands in Nigeria and the African continent at large,” it said.
