For all this hatred Cyberpunk 2077 received at launch, it seems to have a decent fan base now. During a special Night City Wire video, CD Projekt Red went over the details of update 1.6, which will bring new features such as cross-platform development, as well as elements inspired by Cyberpunk: Edgerunners anime on Netflix.

The team also revealed some details of the upcoming expansion under the title Ghost of Freedom with an expected release in 2023. I really enjoyed my time in Night City playing on Stadia, and I know there were a lot of others who had a lot of fun after some of the major updates came out, so that’s exciting. U Ghost of FreedomV will meet new characters, visit a new location in Night City and Keanu Reeves will return as Johnny Silverhand.

You can check out all the details on Night City Wire below, but I’ve also included a teaser Ghost of Freedom separately if you only care about that. Ghost of Freedom will launch on PC, PS5, Stadia and Xbox Series X|S.
